What services does Struct offer?
Struct provides end to end construction services including: Early Contract Engagement, Architectural Home Design and Construction, Project Management, Boutique Multi Unit Residential, Alterations and Extensions, Commercial and Industrial Construction, Class 2 Penthouse, Programming, Contract administration, Site supervision and Cost estimating.
Where is Struct based?
We’re proudly based in Artarmon on Sydney’s North Shore, delivering projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Inner West.
Can I visit my project site during construction?
Absolutely. We encourage clients to stay involved and welcome site visits by appointment with your Project Director / Manager to ensure safety and scheduling.
How often will I receive project updates?
Clients receive formal project updates weekly via email, including behind the scenes photos, site progress, and what’s planned for the coming week.
What types of projects does Struct specialise in?
We deliver a range of projects from bespoke residential homes and knockdown rebuilds to commercial fit outs, government projects and industrial warehouses.
How do I get a quote for my project?

Where is Struct based?

What insurances and documentation do I need to work with Struct?
All subcontractors must provide current public liability, workers compensation, and relevant trade licenses before commencing any works.
How does Struct manage site safety?
We have a strict safety management plan in place for every site. All subcontractors must complete a site induction and comply with our WHS policies.
Does Struct offer referral incentives for subcontractors?
Yes! If you refer another trustworthy subcontractor who we hire and they deliver quality work, you’ll receive a gift card as a thank you.
How do I get paid for completed works?
Subcontractors submit invoices as per the agreed contract terms. Payments are processed within the agreed timeframe upon approved completion of works.
Who do I contact if I have a question while on site?
Each site has a dedicated Site Supervisor and Project Manager. Their contact details are provided during your induction and can also be found on the site noticeboard.
