This project involved a full knockdown and rebuild, delivering a bespoke three-level luxury home in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Designed with architectural precision, the residence features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, premium finishes, and the largest custom made window of its kind in Australia, maximising natural light and visual impact. The complex build combined concrete, double brick, and timber structures, along with a curved balcony and detailed stone cladding. Key construction challenges included managing structural integration, wind load engineering for the ocean facing façade, and navigating tight site access under strict council regulations. Through 3D modelling and expert project coordination, the result is a modern, energy efficient home that reflects true high end residential construction standards.
